1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Billcraft (hereinafter "the Platform"), operated by García y Morfín S.C. (hereinafter "the Company"), you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Platform.

2. Service description

Billcraft is a financial management platform designed for public relations and creative agencies. It allows you to calculate profitability by client and project, generate financial projections, simulate scenarios, and quote projects. Billcraft is an analysis tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, or financial advice.

3. Registration and account

To use Billcraft, you need to create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@billcraft.ai.

4. Plans and payments

Billcraft offers a 14-day free trial period. After the trial period, access requires a paid subscription. Prices are based on a monthly base fee according to the number of employees registered on the platform. Payments are processed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your choice). You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Billcraft only for legitimate financial management purposes for your agency. It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Intentionally overload the servers or infrastructure

6. Intellectual property

Billcraft, including its design, code, features, logo, and content, is the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to Billcraft's intellectual property beyond the use of the Platform permitted under your active subscription.

7. Your data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into Billcraft (employee, client, project, and financial information). All your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. The Company will not access, share, or sell your data to third parties, except when necessary to operate the service or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Industry benchmarks

Billcraft offers an optional Benchmarks feature that lets you compare metrics against anonymous industry averages. Participation is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, your data is anonymized before being added to the statistics. You can opt out at any time. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep Billcraft continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary downtime. We will not be liable for losses arising from the temporary unavailability of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

Billcraft is a financial analysis tool that presents information based on the data you enter. Projections, simulations, and calculations are estimates and do not constitute financial, accounting, or tax advice. The Company is not responsible for business decisions made based on the information presented by Billcraft. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months of subscription.

11. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when reasonable. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to the terms

The Company may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
